You must have one a Septic system, two a porta potty, or have your RV pumped out.
Or face getting a fine from the county!

Terrapin Creek Landing, April 18, 11:00 meeting. Introduction from Vice President Bob Witsell, as acting president, talked about Mike Lynch being at the meeting, but he had other plans. Website code is needed. Members in attendance:20 Minutes from previous meeting read by secretary Grace Cantrell- asphalt, Review of finances from Bobby Grimes- health department about septic system blueprint. Handout given Balance 3.250.16 Projected Deposits 2958.16 Projected Expenses 6,424.12 Projected Bank Balance -215.00 in the hole New discussions: Water usage is an issue, as some people do not pay, and some people who live here use more water than people. Water cut off a possibility. Raising dues was talked about to $175 to cover overage, but in order to do this, we have to change the bylaws. Have a director’s meeting to discuss Lynch’s departure and raising the dues. Dues are due on the first of November. The major issue is the road, as it has grading tracks creating problems.
